LabView Library for WAGO RS232/RS485 Modules

Goal: Development of library with low level functions for WAGO RS232/RS485 modules.

Applications

WAGO 750-XXX series one of the most broadly used systems for industrial automation and testing. It offers a high-quality hardware in various configuration. Different modules can be connected in one nod, communication to each other trough a single fieldbus coupler. This allows custom node configuration for specific needs. However, the system is designed to be used with WAGO CodeSys, and although it supports industrial standard protocols like TCP/IP, Modbus, EtherNet/IP etc., controlling this model with other high level programming software, like LabView for example, can be rather challenging task. This is especially truth for WAGO RS232/RS485 modules.
